Managed hosting
Run on our own hardware rather than mass shared hosting. I help with moving existing websites — even if the previous provider does not cooperate.

IT support & infrastructure
Planning, building and running the IT a company needs — documented so that it stays understandable.
What is included
- Virtualisation and storage: Proxmox clusters, Ceph, TrueNAS
- Networking: MikroTik and OPNsense, VLAN segmentation, VPN connections for sites and home offices, firewall rule sets
- Windows environments: Active Directory, group policy, software deployment
- Backup and recovery: restores that have been tested, not just jobs that run
- Monitoring and logging: outages get noticed before the customer calls
- Migrations: from cloud to your own hardware, from your own hardware to cloud, between sites
- Client machines: provisioning, setup and support for the workstations
- Mobile working: secure, fast connectivity from home offices and on the road
- Who it suits
- Small companies, practices and offices without an IT department — and technical teams who need reinforcement for Proxmox, Ceph or the network.

80,00 € per hour*Billed in 15-minute increments.
Travel
Beyond 5 km, measured from Lüneburg Hauptbahnhof, travel is 0,60 € per kilometre driven, there and back; below that there are no travel costs. Travel time is already included in the per-kilometre price.
Example: 50 km each way is 100 kilometres driven — 60,00 €.
Larger projects are billed by effort and estimated up front: you get the scope and the expected hours in writing before anything starts.
Custom software
Web applications, APIs and automation, when off-the-shelf software does not fit.

Approach
Specification first, then implementation in stages with a working build at each one, then operation.

All prices are final prices in euros. Under § 19 UStG (the German small-business rule) no VAT is charged, and none is shown. Hosting plans are monthly prices.
