How I work
- One point of contact. You talk to the person who also runs the system.
- Everything documented. Access, configuration and dependencies are written down — including for the day you decide to hire someone else.
- No lock-in. Open standards, exportable data, configuration you can follow.
- Operation is part of the job. A project is not finished at launch. Monitoring, updates and further development are part of the service — and so is personal support, should something go wrong after all.
