I take an emergency on when capacity is free — there is no availability guarantee, and I tell you straight away if I cannot make it.

Costs start when the work starts. The first assessment of your situation costs nothing.

  • Who is affected — one person, a department, the whole business?
  • What changed last: an update, a move, a power cut, a storm?
